  • ERAN: Dial 1201. For English, press 10. Anonymous emotional first aid.
  • SAHAR: Online chat at sahar.org.il. Text-based support for those who find it difficult to speak.
  • NATAL: Specialized support for trauma related to war and terror. Call 1-800-363-363.

HMO Support

All HMOs (Clalit, Maccabi, Meuhedet, Leumit) have opened dedicated "war-time hotlines" with psychologists. Typically, you can get 3–5 free phone consultations without a formal referral.
